Application of the compulsory security regulations

M.3.1. Security regulations on the HEIGHT WIRE-ROPE CABLEWAY OF BALU PARK

  • No activity may be performed without the use of rope technique security.
  • An individual anti-falling protection system suitable for self-security needs to be applied in the case of movements with upper security!
  • A strapped pending seat suitable for the size and body structure of the climber must be used. The strapped pending seat can only be used in a securely connected and secured state.
  • The use of a head protection helmet by the climbing person is obligatory! The helmet must be secured against falling down from the head by fastening its buckle.

M.3.2. Security:

During the operation of the adventure park, the security has been assured in concordance with the local conditions, in order to establish the most favourable degree of security.

Upper security: In the course of operations executed up in the air with upper security, the security principle, beside the exclusion of the possibility of falling, is the choice of static security modalities. The body of the visitor using the service cannot be affected by a malign “holding wrench”, so the principle is to as much energy as possible with a shortest falling length possible. The exclusion of the possibility of falling is guaranteed by the static elements of the track.

1.     The “initiation hour” on the exercise track is compulsory.

2.     The used pending seats cannot be lent over to or exchanged with other users.

3.     Before starting to use the track, always announce one of the supervisors around.

4.     Prior to any start from a platform, verify the strong fit of the pending seat.

5.     For the sake of the continuous security of our guests, the ripping locks must be locked onto the security wire-rope (red sign) all the time.

6.     At each obstacle, a sign (drawing) indicates the most ideal position.

7.     Before sliding down through the obstacle, you must check it well that the security ripping lock is locked onto the security wire-rope (red sign).

8.     If the pulley is not used (it is not necessary for the obstacle), it must be connected (attached) to the pending seat and fixed with its ripping lock.

9.     At once only one person can be present at the obstacle and maximum three persons can be up on the platform.

10.  During sliding, it is forbidden to touch the wire-rope with the hand until the pulley stops. Legs must be lifted during sliding.

11.  It is forbidden to start the sliding with jumping-in.

12.  During sliding-over, it is compulsory to “brake” with the legs in the end.

13.  After the successful completion of the trial of the exercise track, all participants can use the tracks on their own responsibility.

14.  The participants are obliged to strictly observe the security regulations, namely to be permanently (always) connected to the security wire-ropes (red sign).

15.  At once, only maximum 1 participant can be present at one obstacle, and maximum 3 participants on one platform. The security distance must be kept in all cases.

16.  All those persons who behave dangerously and, by this, exposes the other participants to danger (endangers their security), close out themselves from the park automatically.

It is forbidden to throw stones, or to pollute the environment by throwing away litter (paper, food and beverage leftovers, etc.).

17.  Smoking is strictly forbidden in the whole area of the park.

18.  Visitors (relatives, guests) who do not use the tracks are obliged to be extremely careful while walking on the pathways.

19.  Children can access and stay in the adventure park only on the responsibility (accompanied by) adult relatives.

20.  The safe deposit cabinets are at the disposal of our guests.

21.  We do not assume responsibility for the objects left over or stolen in the area of the park.

22.  All participants must commit themselves not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medicines which can have a dangerous and malign effect on consciousness.

23.  All participants are obliged to undertake civil responsibility for the fellows.

Breaking of the regulations leads to the closing-out of the participant!
